Policy and Standards Consultant, -Governance, Risk, and Compliance

Join us as a Policy and Standards Consultant on our global Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team in Panama to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.


You will:

  • Continuously improve, enhance, enrich, harmonize and streamline the security and resiliency policy landscape, removing redundancy and ensuring that we have the right controls, in the right place, with the right degree of stringency.
  • Oversee and manage endtoend reviews and revisions of our Policy and Standards.
  • Define, document and maintain comprehensive and concise security and resiliency requirements.
  • Ensure effective and timely communication to relevant audiences, stakeholder and customers.
  • Plan, consult, coordinate and manage remediation plans for identified control gaps.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements

  • Expertise in GRC and Security and Resiliency concepts and principles across multiple domains.
  • Indepth knowledge and expertise with industry control framework, standards, regulations, best practices and guidelines including PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO27001/2, CIS, etc.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office 365 suite of products including SharePoint Online and commercial GRC products such as Archer or ServiceNow GRC.
  • Expertise with AWS, Azure, etc. a plus
  • Expertise with Agile software development methodology a plus.
Desirable Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years experience in GRC or Cyber related field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber, Engineering or Business related discipline
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer oriented and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Security industry certification (Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA)
