**You are responsible for**
- Manage contracts for suppliers while reviewing the amounts for the contracts
- Enterprise 2 Enterprise responsible for execution of all relevant Invoice Approval processes within their assigned scope in compliance with directives and in an effective way
- Responsible that all activities are properly and timely executed
- Executor responsible for the ICS controls relating (if applicable)
- Collaborating with Infosys/Purchase To Pay and monitoring Infosys performance
- Actively work with Infosys and Team Lead/Purchase To Pay Manager to understand key risks in the PTP processes and put in place mitigation actions to address those risks
- Reviews and improves pro-actively with the Team Lead/Purchase To Pay Manager on the overall service delivery of the owned processes
- Drives standardization, simplification and operational excellence
- Ensures standard work compliance and assures documentation (WI ) for all the activities performed for the ORUS with clear output KPIs defined for the work done

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Outlook skills
- Fluent English and Spanish written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Proactive
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
