**ROLE SUMMARY**: The Office Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions. They are responsible for providing efficient and effective support to the school office, staff, students and parents. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet visitors, students, and parents in a welcoming and professional manner Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information to callers in a courteous and helpful manner.

Assist with student attendance records, including maintaining accurate attendance logs as needed. Assist with school communications. Maintain confidentiality of student records and information in compliance with school policies and regulations. Provide administrative support to school administrators, teachers, and staff as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
