**Your responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop a cohesive P&O agenda that is in line with overall Business strategy and drive, with Business Partners, its implementation across assigned region / unit / country.
- Provide counsel and strategic recommendations on the design and implementation of P&O services.
- Lead the efficient implementation of P&O processes and programs across the region (i.e. Recruitment/ Selection, Rewards, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development, Engagement) -Manage the development of strategic and tactical workforce planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation. - Provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts.- Drive personnel cost planning, initiating periodic cost and productivity analyses.
- Manage the preparation and finalization of P&O investments plans and budgets.
- Manage the correct and timely implementation of P&O policies and procedures.
- Oversee the management and development of P&O teams.
- Lead or initiate various P&O Projects.

**Minimum requirements**
