People Operations Associate

Responsible to be a part of a growing People team, supporting a number of HR related projects, and working with all areas of a quickly scaling organization. Primary Responsibilities Manage key hire-to-retire processes that ensure seamless employee experiences including onboarding, offboarding, benefits / leave management, total rewards, HR systems, and compliance. Ensure employee data integrity by managing employee data records (i.e., new hires) Responsible for new hire onboarding, including processing new hire paperwork, entering appropriate systems, etc. Responsible for owning HR administration, including, but not limited to, employment verifications, change management (such as increases, promotions, bonuses, etc.) Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Provide immediate responses to resolve employee questions/requests and maintain documentation to develop People policies and practices further. Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Partner with People & Culture team for Employee Experience initiatives, driving culture, engagement, and retention efforts. Participate in HR programs including promotions, quarterly performance and merit process, etc.
Identify areas of opportunities and proactively recommend solutions. Build great relationships and collaborate with others on our team and across the company.
