- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Design & deploy the regional talent strategy that is tightly linked to our BEST10 ambitions, our Purpose and Cultural Pillars, while delivering against the capability and development priorities of your key clients.
- Successfully embed talent solutions that are effective in preparing our Primos to be their Best in delivering the BEST10 for Bacardi.
- Build implementation plans that help HR Business Partners and Line Leaders quickly leverage the talent solutions to impact positively business results and the Primo experience
- Coach and support our Primos to unlock their purpose, enhance their performance and deliver against their potential
- Cultivate a culture of belonging, wellbeing and growth through the championing and deployment of key global and local initiatives
- Lead the delivery of our strategic development programs, team and executive coaching work.
- Build a pipeline of next generation leaders who will amplify our culture and deliver the next best 10.

Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- Successful experience in influencing and leading across matrix organizations
- Proven experience in leadership or talent development and design
- Significant leadership experience in Learning and Development interventions and/or succession planning across multiple geographic sites.
- English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus PERSONAL QUALITIES - SHARE OUR FOUNDER’S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR
- Passionate person, love seeing people grow and perform
- Strong Business Acumen, determined to see the tangible impact of your work
- Has a Founder’s mentality by putting effort and focus on what will have the biggest impact on Bacardi
- Strong organizational skills with project management experience
- You can work independently but you thrive in teams
- Able to work under pressure and with ambiguity
- Open-minded, honest, eager to learn, to deliver results and have fun
- Excellent communication / facilitation skills and coaching skills (..including presentation planning and delivery skills)
- Extremely effective interpersonal skills
