**What are we looking for**:
The Talent & OD Lead will drive the deployment of the Talent & Organisational Development agenda for Inchcape Caribbean and Central America operations, including talent cycle processes, training and development initiatives, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, among others. We seek an individual who will help us create and develop locally relevant talent and OD strategies to enable the achievement of business priorities, working collaboratively with business leaders and the People function team.

**Main Functions**:
**WE DELIVER**:

- Lead the implementation of the **Performance Management Cycle** in the business unit, communicating appropriately and guiding the People function team regarding Inchcape’s performance management framework. Provide the necessary training to equip leaders and People team in understanding the cycle, systems and performance management processes to generate quality conversations.
- Provide the necessary tools, training and local preparation for the **Annual Talent Review** process, working collaboratively with People Director and Business Partners in the understanding of concepts and management of the Identification of **Potential and Succession** of leadership managers.

**GREAT EXPERIENCES**:

- Implement the regional agenda of **Inclusion and Diversity initiatives**, identifying local initiatives to support/maximize the creation of an inclusive and diverse culture to impact the employee experience and enhance the delivery of the business strategy.
- Lead the regional strategy of **Learning & Development** at the local level, ensuring the alignment of the portfolio and local training initiatives to guarantee the development of the necessary competencies and skills in employees, to enhance the delivery of business strategy, guaranteeing the expected management and control of budget.

**FRESH THINKING**:

- Facilitate and support the implementation, **understanding and utilization of platforms and systems** in the business unit, to facilitate the performance management process (People Hub), the delivery of Learning & Development initiatives (LMS) and Employee Experience (Qualtrics).
- Identify **training needs** for business areas, OEM requirements and talent review processes.

**BETTER TOGETHER**:

- Collaborate with the local People team in the **design of strategies and local talent initiatives, culture training and engagement** aligned with the business strategy, to develop and retain the best talent in the business unit.
- Is a **member of the Regional Talent & OD Community (Americas)**, contributing and leading projects to improve the alignment between clusters/countries.
- Work closely to the People Business Partners, understanding the business needs and providing solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management roles with initiatives or programs that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, etc.
- Demonstrated experience with succession management/performance review processes.
- Knowledge in Dashboard Development or SharePoint Administration.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Microsoft Office intermediate/advanced.
- Experience in budget management.
- Willingness to travel ocasionally.
