Regional Logistics Services Specialist

**WHAT IS THE ROLE?**:
In this challenging and exciting position, you will contribute to the development and implementation of global logistics solutions. You will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and maintenance of logistics services, standards and processes. You will act as a project champion to drive innovative and cross-functional initiatives that improve Customer experience and deliver operational excellence, all while being a part of Hilti’s Global Logistics organization.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?**:
The purpose of the Regional Logistics Services Specialist is:
- Lead productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives.
- Provides expert input into definition of global standards to optimize business processes.
- Implements global processes while making local adjustments as needed.
As a Regional Logistics Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Drive projects for the development and implementation of logistics services from the concept phase to the service launch.
- With your strong analytical and conceptual mindset, you will develop a global market understanding (competitive intelligence, customer needs) to design new services in line with our global logistics strategies.
- Working with global process and service managers, you will ensure an effective end-to-end process flow, defining global standards to ensure sustainability of processes & services.
- Last but not least, you will train and support regional service managers on service innovation practices and own and manage the logistics top customer approach roadmap.

**WHAT YOU NEED IS**:
- Bachelor´s dregree is flexible to related areas combined with previews experience in the area/function.
- Previews project/ business process management experience and skills.
- Experience in Logistics.
- English and Spanish Advanced level is a must to have.
- Portuguese is a plus.
