El titular de este puesto trabaja en la Oficina Regional para las Américas, bajo las órdenes del Responsable Principal de RR.HH., y forma parte de la Subunidad de RR.HH. que presta apoyo a las operaciones en los países bajo la dirección general del Socio Principal de RR.HH. El puesto implica interacciones regulares con entidades de la Sede (AMS, APRS, HRSS) y con colegas de todos los níveles en la región, incluida la alta dirección, sobre Workday, gestión de vacantes y otras cuestiones relacionadas con RRHH. Actuará como punto focal para Workday, los cuadros de mando de personal y los asuntos relacionados con la gestión de puestos de COMPASS, y prestará apoyo tanto a los directivos como a los miembros de RR.HH.
