- Graduado de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Electricidad o carreras afines
- Conocimientos sólidos y experiência de 4 años comprobables en roles de troubleshooting, operación de servicios especialmente cloud (Azure, AWS a nível de BD) y bases de datos (ORACLE, SQL) - Conocimientos técnicos a nível de experto en diseño de soluciones sobre tecnologías cloud / IT- Alto nível de razonamiento abstracto y solución de problemas
- Experiência en gestión de KPIs, eventos, incidentes y cambios
