Position Overview The Solutioning COE Productivity position is designed to develop Employee Cost Reporting for Global Regional Office and affiliates.
This includes fringes, fiscal bonus, productivity, controlled hiring, vacation accruals, among others. It is expected to be OneSource face externally, managing and nurturing relationships with COE productivity leaders. Key Responsabilities Constant communicatoin with stakeholders, nurturing relationship based on excellent customer service Develop monthly employee cost reporting and support employee cost governance and accounting Support business leaders in day-today decision making by providing financial data in a management-friendly format Generate strategic insights and analysis. Partner with OS BI&A team to generate value added reports Find synergies, benchmark processes, reports and activies internally and externally (across regions) QualificationsQualifications Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering Minimun 2.5 years of experience Fully bilingual - English and Spanish Results Oriented Good stakeholder management skills Self-learner MicrosoftOffice and Excel intermediate to advancelevel Above SLA metrics with good consistency in Quality and timeliness Succesful or better PDP goals Good stakeholder management skills, measured through survey sent to main personas Constant communication with leader and teammates Good discipline to follow up of new developments and innovation efforts Additional Details Work shift Monday - Friday.
