Objetivo del Cargo:
En Johnson Controls nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Representante de Ventas de Equipos HVAC de Expansión Directa Residencial & Comercial Ligero y VRF, basado en la ciudad de Panamá el cual estará encargado de incrementar de manera rentable el negocio de productos DX en el territorio asignado, liderando nuestra estrategia de optimización de canales para las regiones asignadas.
Funciones:
- Obtener órdenes de compra a través de una excelente gestión de cuentas, que incluye; apoyar, contactar y recurrir a contratistas, instaladores y subdistribuidores en el mercado asignado.
- Asegurar el crecimiento de nuestros productos a través de una mezcla optimizada de clientes nuevos y existentes.
- Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas.
- Establecer y Desarrollar Nuevos Clientes y cultivar y administrar relaciones comerciales a largo plazo
- Evaluar las necesidades de los clientes y ofrecer soluciones, asistencia e información sobre las características de productos DX y VRF.
- Utilizar herramientas de selección propietarias
- Garantizar altos níveles de satisfacción de los clientes mediante un excelente servicio de venta.
- Brindar capacitación a contratistas e instaladores mecánicos de nuestro portafolio a través de reuniones de ventas para fortalecer el conocimiento comercial y técnico para identificarlos más con las marcas de JCI.
- Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas de manera mensual, trimestral y anual
- Responsable de crear y mantener una red de distribución efectiva en la región
- Responsable de la planificación de las actividades de ventas efectivas para proporcionar el máximo tiempo de venta para crear nuevos negocios a través de la prospección organizada y aumentar la participación de JCI en el negocio de las cuentas asignadas.
- Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el Gerente de Distribución Regional para definir, establecer e implementar la estrategia del producto.
- Mantiene el conocimiento actual de las características de los productos y sistemas competitivos, incluido el conocimiento de los precios competitivos locales.
- Se asegura de que los días de cuentas por cobrar de los clientes se mantengan en los objetivos preestablecidos
- Asegurar cobranza oportuna de los clientes.
**Requisitos**:
- Nível de estudios: Universitario Titulo en Ingeniería o Negocios
- Proactivo en Ventas
- 3-5 años de experiência en ventas de equipos de aire acondicionado
- Conocimientos en productos HVAC
- Alcance de clientes a nível regional
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Movilidad Propia
- Manejo de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Etc)
