Estamos en busca de un representante de ventas y desarrollo de negocios orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo y ayudarnos a expandir nuestra presencia en el mercado de Panama y LATAM.**Descripción del puesto**: Como Representante de Ventas y Desarrollo de Negocios desempeñarás un papel importante en nuestro crecimiento al identificar, involucrar y convertir nuevas oportunidades de negocios. Serás responsable del proceso de ventas de principio a fin, desde la generación de leads hasta el cierre de acuerdos.
Este rol es ideal para un profesional motivado y proactivo que posee un profundo conocimiento de nuestros productos y servicios y puede identificar y perseguir oportunidades potenciales de manera efectiva.**Responsabilidades clave**:Generación de Leads**: Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia integral de generación de leads, aprovechando varios canales y recursos para identificar clientes potenciales que puedan beneficiarse de nuestras soluciones de análisis, inteligencia artificial y transformación digital.**Conocimiento del Producto**: Adquirir un profundo conocimiento de nuestros servicios de análisis, inteligencia artificial y transformación digital para comunicar eficazmente su valor a los posibles clientes.**Compromiso con los Prospectos**: Iniciar conversaciones significativas con posibles clientes para evaluar sus necesidades y alinearlas con nuestras soluciones.**Construcción de Relaciones**: Cultivar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes, entender sus necesidades y desafíos cambiantes y posicionar nuestros servicios como soluciones para satisfacer esas necesidades.**Presentación de Soluciones**: Realizar presentaciones y demostraciones convincentes que muestren los beneficios de nuestras ofertas, abordando los puntos problemáticos del cliente y proporcionando soluciones a medida.**Cierre de Acuerdos**: Asumir la responsabilidad del proceso de ventas, desde las negociaciones hasta la firma de contratos, asegurando que los objetivos del cliente se alineen con nuestras ofertas de servicio.**Investigación de Mercado**: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria, el panorama competitivo y las oportunidades emergentes para posicionar eficazmente nuestros servicios en el mercado.**Requisitos**: - Trayectoria probada en ventas y desarrollo de negocios, especialmente en el sector tecnológico. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Auto motivado y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente. Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas. Familiaridad con conceptos de análisis, inteligencia artificial y transformación digital es una ventaja. Habilidad para utilizar software de gestión de relaciones con los clientes (CRM) para el seguimiento y gestión de leads.
