Education and Experience Profile An associates (2 year) or bachelor's (4 yr) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related discipline. Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English) Three (3) years minimum experience in a Sales Representative role Experience selling consumer good products to the industrial/hardware sector, dealing with multiple product lines with an ample SKU range. Experience in negotiating display spaces in points of sale and setting displays. Responsabilities: Achieve annual sales goals for defined product lines.

Proactively manages distribution in their territory based on brands guidelines.
Coordinate special events, fairs, conventions, shows. Prepare and coordinate training and technical talks. Propose and implement incentive plans for distribution vendors. Perform various reporting and planning requirements as required by regional leadership.
Understand the pricing and promotional activities of competitors (market analysis) and adjust your strategy to maximize your sales potential. Visiting customers with wholesalers, retailers and key accounts to supervise directly and indirectly their work. Draw up your work plan and deliver it to the immediate boss for approval. Submits weekley/monthly/quarterly metrics to leadership in order to futher develop and support growht strategies.
Prepare Sales forecast and the usual runs (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets) with relevant data analysis. Provide input to the Supply Planning Organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product Phase-Out (volume planning for latest estimates/annual process). Required Skills Experience managing dealers and customer accounts to obtain sales goals and quotas.
Work along with dealers sales representatives to expand distribution in the market. Cold calling potential new customers or points of sale to expand distribution base. Strong market and end user awareness. Hunter attitude, willing to conduct cold calls to get the foot in the door with buyers.
Ability to convince and secure sales away from competitors and convert accounts. Customer service and support our wholesale accounts, retail accounts and local distributors. Able to work well under pressure and autonomously with little supervision. Team player willing assist others if needed and actively work well with co-workers Solid MS Office Suite skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel to analyze forecast and sales data. Demonstrate excellent analytical skills with a strategic ability.
