Propósito

Responsable de brindar soporte al Canal Indirecto, en estrecha alineación con la Estrategia Regional de BU. Dirige y organiza distribuidores de canales indirectos.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Responsable de buscar nuevos clientes y obtener primeras citas con nuevos clientes, prospectos continuos, mantiene una línea completa. Realizar venta consultiva: vende valor y es capaz de diferenciar nuestro portafolio: hace suficientes preguntas para profundizar, discute oportunidades, implicaciones, resultados que descubren las necesidades del cliente, identifica motivadores y crea urgencia que acorta el ciclo de ventas, habilidades de cuestionamiento y comprensión altamente desarrolladas.
- Visita y ofrece servicios alineados a las necesidades clínicas (cirujanos, especialistas, enfermeras, etc.) para promover la cartera de la compañía (productos existentes y nuevos)
- Análisis de oportunidades de mercado para la introducción de nuevos productos incrementar ventas y generar nuevos negocios
- Conectar con Marketing para proporcionar información sobre la efectividad del material de promoción y las mejoras
- Dirigir la ejecución de conferencias promocionales desde la invitación médica a la participación en un evento
- Capacidad de establecer una relación rápida y establecer relaciones sólidas a largo plazo

**Qualifications**

**Requisitos**:
Formación académica: Profesional en carreras administrativas

Experiência: 2 años de experiência comercial en sector de la salud, farmacéutico o dispositivos médicos.

Idiomas: Inglés intermedio

Conocimientos: Excel avanzado, deseable conocimiento sobre licitaciones con el sector público.

Competencias: Orientación comercial, comunicación asertiva, colaboración y trabajo en equipo, análisis numérico, adaptación al cambio, resiliencia.

Viajes: 10%
