Job Description What's the role?The mobile product delivery manager ensures the delivery and implementation of mobile products is aligned with the LLA mobile commercial strategy and in accordance with the expected quality standards. The position leads the delivery of mobile products both within T&I and will also be responsible of all the mobile products during the entire product lifecycle. What You'll Do?The mobile product delivery manager will be responsible for: Support the LLA mobile commercial strategy and the success of our products and mobile solutions in all LLA markets, ensuring the mobile products are delivered in line with the commercial objectives of the organization.Lead the delivery process of mobile products and interacting with the commercial, engineering, operations, and IT teams to drive the product development and functions of testing and quality assurance.Develop and refine the product introduction process, ensuring that the mobile products that are implemented are aligned with the commercial objectives and are implemented successfully in the LLA markets.Develop and review the standards for delivery of the product, ensuring the delivery and implementation of the product is measured, tracked and enhancements are addressed.Manage budget and capex execution.Lead the intake process for new products in the mobile portfolio as well as roadmap.Key Responsibilities: Work with the LLA mobile commercial team to support the planning of the implementation, scenarios, and processes for market introduction.Lead delivery functions of mobile products: Development of functional specifications, UX, integration with OSS/BSS services.Ensure the product fulfills quality requirements and criteria.Coordinate activities for the technical implementation of the product.Support of MVP, prototype creation and product phases.Lead the delivery of mobile products in LLA markets: Project management for the introduction of new products: scope management, schedule, and budget.Implement developed product in LLA markets.Implement processes and train the respective teams to market the product.Support the development of activities for proofs of concept of new offers and commercial implementations. Knowledge And ExperiencePreferably professional in systems engineering, telecommunications or academic formation related to the role.Fluent in English and Spanish.Strong experience in the industry and in product development, especially in telecommunications and software.Solid experience in project management.
