**Job Title**: Quoting Specialist Jr.

**You are responsible for**
- Create accurate and timely quotes for customers, ensuring all relevant information is included.
- Focus on our SLAs to be in alignment with our response time for orders daily.
- Utilize SAP and internal Philips tools to manage customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to provide seamless customer support with internal clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

**You are a part of**

The Patient Monitoring Quoting team that supports sales area translating opportunities in customer facing documents for the business within Philips standards. You will be actively encouraged to make improvements, establish best in class service, and have a direct impact on our success.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- High School degree or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; **fluency in English**
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service Oriented person
- Self-driven proactive, team player mindset
- Ability to work independently and optimally with cross-functional and virtual teams.
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure, and constant change.
- Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines.
