Para nuestro Centro de Distribución de Panamá Pacifico buscamos **TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORTATION MANAGER.**
Entre sus principales responsabilidades estarán:
- Asegurar que se cumplan los objetivos de su área mediante la creación e implementación del Plan Estratégico.
- Planificación de Actividades de acuerdo a objetivos establecidos por Director de Operaciones.
- Monitorización, gestión y control de KPIs de su área.
- Analisis de Datos e implementación de Mejoras.
- Establecer Relación Estrategica con Navieras y Agentes de Carga.
- Relación con Aduana.(Nacionalización de Mercancía)
- Gestionar eficazmente su equipo para ofrecer un rendimiento óptimo
- Proporcionar informes de progreso diarios para el director de operaciones del centro de distribución
