**Position Overview and Responsibilities**

Responsible for the sourcing and logistics of Education Seminars for all brands in assigned region.
- Seminar Sourcing.
- Initiates property search.
- Monitor property responses, secures available property on time and within brand guidelines, prepare availability grid and present to brands for property selection.
- Negotiate contract T&Cs and concessions following brand guidelines.
- Manage contract process to produce fully executed contract and supporting documentation.
- Create and update budgetary information throughout planning process and execution of meeting.
- Reconcile all event charges to ensure accuracy and provide expense documentation to brands on time.
- Consistent use of all mandatory templates.
