**Position Overview**
Responsible for the planning and administration of Education Seminars for all brands in assigned region.
**Responsibilities**:
Seminar Planning In-Person & Virtual
- Data analytics of staffing and historical seminars for mapping and planning.
- Maps locations and attendees for seminars based on geographical location. Analyze seminar maps to ensure aligning stores to best location to optimize schedule and cost.
- Plan & Coordinate seminar events using Seminar Registration system.
- Create lists of attendees for basic seminars / support with lists for Honors events.
- Maintain seminar schedules—communicating blackout dates; working with BL+ to obtain seminar dates; and coordinator with Meeting Planners to secure and input meeting location details.
- Ensure timely brand approvals.
- Submits retailer requests and tracks to completion.
- Support Retailer Approval process by preparing seminar lists in retailer preferred format.
- Manages collaboration process with Field to ensure preliminary seminar lists are updated and finalized on time.
Seminar Management In-Person & Virtual
- Ensure invitations and follow up reminders are sent by deadlines.
- Monitor RSVPs and take appropriate action to secure all RSVPs on time. Identify seminars at risk for attendance or budget.
- Assist and Collaborate with Field Executive Training Managers on the department wide Virtual Seminars serving as Producer.
- Coordinate a meeting with facilitator to prepare for department wide virtual training production support.
- Identify overnight and travel requests, secure approvals, create rooming lists and communicate all travel and accommodation details to hotel and attendees
- Send surveys to seminar attendees and facilitators on the Friday immediately after the training.
- Seminar Summary Elaboration for department wide virtual trainings (Producer sends facilitator attendance list, video recording, chat room questions).

- Cost management and budgeting skills.
- Database management skills.
- Resourceful.
- Able to build positive and productive relationships inside and outside organization.
- Firsthand experience of US and Canada travel and meetings strongly preferred.
