We are searching for an experienced Executive level PA to join a dynamic and thriving SME. This is an exciting brand-new role. The company operate a people and culture ethos which has cultivated a talented, professional and committed team.

As Executive PA you will be working closely with the board of Directors, therefore we seek a highly experienced PA with at least 5 years’ experience at board level. This permanent, hybrid role incorporates a WFH 2 x days per week and office based 3 x days per week. We are able to offer this role on either a full time or part time basis. Salary circa £30,000 - £35,000 pro-rata.

We seek an Executive PA with a personable and approachable nature who enjoys working as part of a team. Your strengths will include the ability to multi-task, adaptability and ability to work to tight deadlines. **Key Responsibilities include**:

- Meeting bookings for Management Team
- Minute taking at Board meetings
- Managing meeting action points using Jira board including chasing progress
- Preparation of Board and other presentation packs
- Responsible for opening office post and ensuring directed to the right person and followed up
- Document Management (scanning inbound documents and filling in document management system when required). Maintain the ‘data room’ of contractual, legal and company information
- Travel booking - Flights, hotels, taxis
- Booking of dinners and other events
- Managing and preparing Management team expenses

**Essential skills and experience required**:

- Must have 5 years or more previous PA experience at Board level
- Personable and approachable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with Directors and fully appreciate confidential nature of discussions and meetings attended
- Experience of preparing accurate, actionable, and concise minutes
- Able to work as part of a team or take own initiative for tasks
- Able to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy throughout
- Contribute positively to the effectiveness of the Management Team

We require someone who has the ability to commute to Winchester office at least three days a week with flexibility to attend monthly board and other meetings as required
