**Objetivo**: diseñar, administrar y monitorear las actividades de gestión de Customer Service, involucradas con la gestión operativa del Producto Marítimo, tanto en Importaciones como Exportaciones, al tiempo que desarrolla a su equipo directo para el logro de los objetivos del departamento. Funciones Planificar, administrar y controlar todos los aspectos de Servicio al Cliente y brindar el más alto nível de servicio a costos óptimos. Coordinar, administrar y monitorear el trabajo en el sitio de sus colaboradores a cargo. Implementar y administrar planes de trabajo en conjunto con el Departamento de Operaciones. Preparar y controlar los indicadores de servicio al cliente. Planificar estrategias efectivas para el bienestar financiero del departamento. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los SOP´s asociados a su área a través de la capacitación continua de su personal y la supervisión diaria de los embarques que se están manejando. Ser proactivo en el proceso de reclutamiento y capacitación. Establecer horarios de trabajo necesarios para cumplir con las actividades en función del nível de embarque que se estén administrando. Supervisar, evaluar y monitorear el desempeño del personal asignado, para garantizar que se cumplan los níveles requeridos de productividad y los objetivos organizacionales. Mantener e implementar planes para mejorar la productividad, los estándares de seguridad, la calidad, el control de costos y la moral de los empleados. Revisar, analizar, modificar e implementar procedimientos eficientes y efectivos en su departamento. Garantizar un entorno de trabajo armonioso, orientado a resultados y a través de un excelente trabajo en equipo.

**Requisitos**:
Estudios universitarios en carreras del Área Logística o bien afines como: Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial o Administración de Empresas. Dominio del idioma inglés, de intermedio a avanzado. Dominio de Microsoft Office. Experiência comprobable en el liderazgo de equipos. Habilidad de comunicación. Habilidades de trabajo en equipo. Capacidad de pensamiento analítico.
