Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the development of the supply plan and purchase order issuing for all ACC countries and guarantee good communication with Country Account Manager / Logistic Expert in Basel / Plant Customer Service.
- Ensure the correct execution of demand & supply planning transactions in the ERP Mainframe (SAP/R3) for the CPO portfolio and perform the SAP Super User Role of SAP R/3 demand planning and purchasing module.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Franchises, BPA and SFE the planning, supply, and distribution of medical samples for direct business portfolio and ensure excellence in the execution of LCM events and Launches in the CPO.
- Support the inclusion of BD&L businesses and update and ensure timely update of weekly NOSSCE stock outs report.
- Ensure compliance of NFCM applicable cockpits and lead the on-time and accurate update of Supply Planning matters with stakeholders in business as Supply Reviews with NVS team, weekly stock outs reviews, Sales Status, AMC (SCM segment), Inventory levels and /WO review, among others to ensure business continuity.
- Calculate and report Demand & Supply Planning monthly KPI ´s (Inventory Projection, MOC, CSL/SAR, WO projection, WO top offenders, BD&L OTIF, among others). Ensure the alignment of the operation to local policies and procedures.
- Contribute with continuous improvement activities and ensure the timely upload and sharing of the consolidated forecast to the supply planning tools (i.e. SAP, Futurcast, etc.).
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve the sales forecast accuracy performance. Provide timely follow up and ensure the execution of the agreed action plans that result from the S&BP Monthly meetings. Execute the proper escalation process when non-compliance is found.
- Support the bridging stock calculation process of the Supply Planning Team when needed and constantly monitor the actual sales performance of the business (sales orders received) and compare them to the Sales forecast and Budget/LO´s figures to provide awareness to the management teams of significant gaps

**Role Requirements**
- Advanced English level
- Minimum 4 years of experience in demand planning, production planning & control, strategic sourcing, or supply chain positions/activities.
- Customer Service Oriented, strong operations, production & supply planning skills.
- Strong skills in information management tools.
- Methodical with strong attention to details.
- ERP transactional Skills (i.e. SAP, AS400, JD Edwards)
- Results oriented and Strong negotiation Skills.
