**Account Manager LATAM**:
- Employer: Swinkels Family Brewers- Location: PA**What does your job entail?**
- As Account Manager, you are responsible for sales, marketing, and distribution of the SFB portfolio in retail (including online retail) and on-trade channels via existing and newly selected distributors in the designated countries in Central America.
- You further develop the strategy and country business plans to develop the distribution, visibility, and rotation of our portfolio of (non-alcoholic) beers. By visiting markets and partners, you can gain insights to help you fine-tune your strategy and execution.
- You negotiate and execute these plans (prices, sales targets, distribution development, and promotional plans) through your local partners, with whom you can build strong relationships.
- You can operate independently in a highly international environment, but also reach out and connect with members of your business team (based throughout the region and in the Netherlands).
- You analyse and understand the value chain from consumer
- to cost price and make business plans/price proposals based on this information.
- For selected markets, you can develop sound plans beyond our existing route-to-market model (presently production in the Netherlands/Belgium and import into the region) and identify new opportunities, like local production and license agreements with partners. This needs to be developed to bring the region to the next level and build future-proof sustainable positions.
**Who are you**
- You should possess experience in distribution, brand development, and distributor management.
- Being balanced, curious, and commercially driven is essential for success in this role.
- Preferably, you have prior experience in the beer/beverage industry.
- A university degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing, with 3-5 years of relevant experience, is required.
- You must be fluent in both Spanish and English, based in Panama, and have strong communication ties to teams in the Netherlands and the USA, as well as external engagement with distributors, customers, and outlets.
