En este rol serás responsable de lograr que más personas/pacientes tengan acceso a vacunas como herramienta fundamental de prevención de enfermedades prevenibles por vacunación en los distintos sistemas de salud públicos de Centroamérica y Caribe.
Desarrollar y presentar propuestas innovadoras de precio y acceso, alineadas con las necesidades de las instituciones, de los tomadores de decisiones y de la compañía, para maximizar la generación de valor y favorecer el logro de los resultados en salud.
**_ Tus responsabilidades:_**
Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades claves para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:
- Liderar la estrategia de acceso e implementación del portafolio de vacunas en Centroamérica y Caribe en el sector público.
- Aportar conocimientos del entorno externo, manteniendo actualizados a los equipos internos sobre las tendencias y patrones de los sistemas de salud, indicando el panorama de reembolsos actual, de precios y de política pública que puedan maximizar el acceso de los pacientes a nuestro portafolio de vacunas.
- Impulsar y formular propuestas de valor innovadoras cuando las condiciones del mercado así lo requieran, trabajando colaborativamente con Medical, Marketing y Finanzas según corresponda.
- Colaborar con los equipos de Marketing y Finanzas en el desarrollo y la ejecución de los proyectos de acceso y propuestas de valor donde se requiera un abordaje metodológico y riguroso.
- Dar el soporte técnico y estratégico necesario en las decisiones de precios garantizando un seguimiento de los riesgos y oportunidades frente a los competidores, procesos de referenciación internacional y mecanismos de precios basados en valor. Identificación, planificación, implementación y monitoreo de los planes de acción dirigidos a los stakeholders claves en el sector.
- Forecasting del portafolio de vacunas en el sector público de costo a largo plazo.
- EHS: Cumplir con las responsabilidades definidas en el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) de GSK, participar de forma proactiva en todas las actividades definidas para el logro de los objetivos establecidos por la compañía y dar cumplimiento a las normas y procedimientos definidos para el control de los riesgos derivados de las actividades laborales y procurando el cuidado integral de mi salud.
- Activa participación en las reuniones, entrenamiento, auditorias y procesos requeridos de Calidad.
- Cumplir las políticas y procedimientos del sistema de gestión de calidad relacionadas a su perfil de cargo, con un enfoque hacia la mejora continua y la cultura de calidad, dentro de los valores y expectativas de GSK.

Para alcanzar nuestras metas estamos buscando profesionales con las siguientes características:
- Licenciatura en área de especialización de las Ciencias de la Salud o Administración.
- 5 años de experiência en el área de Acceso para la industria farmacéutica, en entidades del sector salud, en ámbitos de toma de decisión de cobertura y financiamiento de tecnologías en salud.
- Conocimiento en el mercado farmacéutico de vacunas.
- Conocimiento del sistema de salud y regulación local en Centroamérica y Caribe.
- Uso de software de análisis estadístico (Excel avanzado, Stata, R, SPSS u otro)
- Inglés avanzado
