- **Learning & Development Jr. Manager **role based in our J&J office in
- **Panamá **.**Purpose**:The Learning & Development Jr. Manager will develop and implement training programs for the Sales force. You will provide expertise and guidance to Sales Managers regarding training priorities. The Learning & Development Jr. Manager will provide materials and development support to sales regions, as well as give support for presentations at conferences or sales meetings. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.- You will be responsible for:
- Assessing and addressing the ongoing training needs of the entire sales force based on sales direction.
- Helping to identify and develop talent.
- Acting as a facilitator to prepare, coordinate and deliver training programs.
- Training/coaching new and existing Representatives in areas of product knowledge, selling skills, administrative procedures, time, and territory management.
- Acting as instructional designer to design training programs, conducting follow-up of training programs, and updating ongoing programs.
- You will also design, develop, and deliver sales training course materials, including, but not limited to new sales representative program, ongoing sales representative development, field trainer program, and sales management development programs.
- Conducting in-house core training programs.
- Providing field sales training support to other areas.
- Developing and organizing specific training and development programs in various functions (for example, Mentoring Program, Train the Trainer program), and developing presentations for conferences or sales.
- Creating and maintaining electronic or web-based training portals of training, assessment and learning reinforcement tools
**Qualifications**:
- Education:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
- Experience in field force training, learning & development and/or sales is required.
- Knowledge of the sales cycle process is preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- This position is based in Panamá and may require up to 25% of travel.
