We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager with expertise in finance to join our remote team in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities with FX within the LATAM region.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals that align with company goals and client expectations.
Track and report on business development activities, ensuring alignment with KPIs and objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in Crypto and/or FX sector.
You have your own FX client portfolio (400M-800M) and strong client network across LATAM.
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese + good command of English (B2) is essential.
Strong understanding of investment instruments, markets, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to travel across LATAM when required.
