Uniendo Voces is an online platform providing vital information and a space for Venezuelan youth in Brazil, Ecuador, and Bolivia to express their opinions on issues affecting them. This initiative aims to strengthen UNICEF’s ability to support these young migrants through innovative communication and feedback mechanisms.

**How can you make a difference?**

**Key Activities**:

- Establish a working group with clear terms of reference for UNICEF U-Report focal points.
- Develop a concept note and action plan for the AAP initiative, incorporating lessons from previous projects.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for collecting and utilizing feedback.
- Assist in enhancing the Uniendo Voces space on national U-Report platforms.
- Implement the action plan with concrete activities for youth migrants.
- Develop RapidPro flows such as polls and chatbots on relevant topics.
- Coordinate with U-Report Global to create and present case studies.
- Ensure localized support options are available for young people on the move.

**To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have**
- An advanced university degree (master’s or higher) in international development, human rights, psychology, sociology, international law, or another relevant social science field.
- A minimum of **_5 years _**of relevant professional experience in program design, planning, and implementation relevant to child protection, AAP or related field, preferably with the UN and/or international NGO.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergency is considered an asset.
