Requirements:

- Degree and above from the recognized university;
- Must have solid experience in acquiring business leads from government clients or from Broadcasting, Audio Visual, System integrated, deep knowledge in its unique CDT (customer decision tree);
- Self - Motivated, result driven and strong organizational skills;
- Fluent English communication is a must.

**Responsibilities**:
The role, as a senior manager or consultant, your responsibilities include:

- Search and develop new Key Accounts; some travel may be required.
- Quantify project opportunities, create target lists for vertical markets, includes but not limited to government authories, commercial, Broadcasting, Security, Energy & Utility, Banking, Sports, Entertainment and etc.
- Create and Lead Key project tenders on behalf of Employers LED display and lighting solutions.
- Successfully manage expectations, negotiate and cope with objections from clients.
- Build exceptional customer relationships by exceeding customer expectations while serving the company's interests.
