Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición de Business Unit Manager en Ciudad de Panama, Panama.
**Propósito**: Dirigir y liderar al Country Value Team (CVT) el cual está compuesto por reportes directos en las áreas de Ventas y Marketing; y reportes indirectos del equipo cross-funcional (MAF, Acceso, etc.
), generando la estrategia e implementación de esta, para maximizar la demanda de sus Áreas Terapéuticas y garantizar el cumplimiento del plan de negocios.
**Responsabilidades Principales**: - Planear, organizar y dirigir las estrategias de Marketing, y generación de demanda para las diferentes especialidades y garantizar el cumplimiento del plan de negocios del año - Supervisar la ejecución de las estrategias para el portafolio asignado - Desarrollar y dirigir el equipo a su cargo (Gerentes de Producto, Gerentes Nacional de Ventas, Ejecutivos Comerciales) - Validar en conjunto con SFE la cuota y el plan de incentivos para ventas - Planear y gestionar el P&L de Marketing y Ventas - Coordinar y dirigir los lanzamientos y sometimientos de nuevas indicaciones para alcanzar la proyección de ventas. Educación Requerida: Licenciatura - Experiência Requerida: Mínimo 6 años de experiência.
Experiência en Mercadotecnia y Ventas.
Experiência en gestión de personas.
- Experiência Preferida: Experiência en el sector farmacéutico.
Conocimiento de procesos institucionales de acceso y ventas a gobierno.
Habilidad de manejar Portafolio y/o Franquicia.
- Idiomas: Inglés (Avanzado) & Español
