Este puesto reportar directamente al Director General del Hotel y ayudar a mantener la mercanca del almacn al da y a la generacin de pedidos de los que ser responsable.Lo que har Revisar, analizar y registrar en el sistema cada factura e informe de ingresos por lnea. Responsable del control de la mercanca en el almacn. Validar las compras fsicas frente a las facturas de compra.
Responsable del control de inventarios. Responsable de generar los diferentes "PO" en cada localidad asignada y Validar que las facturas de proveedores tengan su PO y otros soportes. Responsable de la correcta revisin y codificacin contable de las Facturas. Responsable de la coordinacin y presentacin de los informes de fin de mes a la oficina corporativa.
Responsable de realizar el seguimiento de los ingresos frente a las desviaciones presupuestarias e informar al director de la ubicacin y a la oficina de contabilidad. Mantener los archivos y la documentacin de forma exhaustiva y precisa de acuerdo con la poltica de la empresa y las prcticas contables aceptadas. Ayudar en otros proyectos segn sea necesario. Proteger el valor de la organizacin manteniendo la confidencialidad de la informacin.
Cumplir con la misin contable y organizacional completando los entregables relacionados segn se requiera.Lo que necesita para el papel Ms de 1 ao de contabilidad general Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria, cursos universitarios en contabilidad preferido Experiência en reas de almacenamiento o generacin de inventarios Debe tener una fuerte tica de trabajo Debe ser bien organizado y tener iniciativa propia Debe ser capaz de seguir los procedimientos de archivo estndar Orientado al detalle, actitud profesional, confiable Dominio de Excel, Powerpoint y Word Poseer fuertes habilidades de organizacin y gestin del tiempo Fuertes habilidades de resolucin de problemas, principios bsicos de contabilidad,habilidades de documentacin, habilidades de investigacin y resolucin, anlisis de datos y habilidades multitarea.
