Position Overview This role is critical in providing financial support as part of the OneSource Procure to Pay (PTP) team, responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating the North America Region processes and systems related to travel and expense (T&E) reimbursement.

Demonstrating a ‘customer first’ attitude, the individual will partner with other functional areas to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial services. This includes defining, maintaining, and promoting Estee Lauder’s global model for expense reimbursement processes and system configurations. This role oversees and directs the NorthAmerica Region T&E team to support and work with internal stakeholders; manage future enhancements of Concur; collaborate with T&E Compliance Team on Policy Implementation and Oversight Expense Module; develop analytics to support monthly processing, reconciliation, reporting and auditing of all approved travel and expense reports. In partnership with PTP Manager, the individual will actively participate in identifying efficiencies and opportunities to improve the overall service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of financial services, partnering with Third Party Provider in the execution of T&E processes for the North America Region, providing guidance and assistance for day to day T&E Concur related processes and reporting activities Provide management and leadership to the OneSource T&E Sr Analyst, including but not limited to performance management responsibility, development, coaching and training opportunities. Responsible for leading and approving IT’s configuration of the Concur and Oversight Expense systems: Develop and execute the strategy for system enhancements roadmap in collaboration with various groups including Concur Travel, IT, Finance, Genpact, local Concur Administrators, etc. Ensure timely maintenance of master data by T&E Team Develop business intelligence analytics to support T&E Savings and Control strategies Manage and approve the Concur Admin Access through Role Administrator including all local Concur configuration change approvals. Accountable for process performance and governance through SLA and performance measurement systems.

Support achievement of business outcome goals. Oversee Third Party Provider in North America Region Concur related activities, Support Finance teams, Third Party Provider, and other key stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact North America Region Process Lead for internal audits requirements and actions related to Concur T&E Expense. Liaise with ELC IT, SAP Concur, and Oversight software partners to ensure systems are running properly and required actions are completed. Collaborate with Office Services / T&E Expense Compliance, local Human Resources, and affiliates on the integration of Global T&E policy updates and harmonization for Concur and Oversight Define and monitor metrics to evaluate process health and provide for ongoing process control and sustainability Foster environment of integrity, monitoring adherence to applicable SOX and Operational controls, facilitating risk assessments & audit control testing Ensure creation of and regular updates to appropriate process documentation to improve understanding and drive operational consistency Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Travel Industry-focused degreed program Master’s Degree / MBA preferred Experience in supporting T&E processes including vendor management, online booking tools and knowledge of travel reservation processes, global experience strongly preferred Prior experience in supervising a team Strong background using Concur in an SAP environment Proficiency in standard office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to collaborate and manage relationships with a wide range of internal customers and external business partners Strong change leadership and communication skills - oral, written and presentation.
