In this remote role, you will promote InVitro Capital’s products and portfolios, engage potential clients, build relationships, and spark interest.
**Job Summary**:
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative at Invitro Capital, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact. Your responsibilities will include conducting outbound sales calls and qualifying potential clients, ensuring a seamless experience as you connect them with our innovative solutions. If you're driven, results-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
**This role is a remote role and our working hours**: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, connecting with key decision-makers to present InVitro Capital innovative products and solutions.
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings, generating high-quality leads.
- Set appointments and schedule demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Manager to refine outbound sales messaging and strategies, driving appointment-setting initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up.
- Stay focused on meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide feedback from outbound sales activities to inform marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.
