About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Natural Speech Rater to join our team. As a Natural Speech Rater, you will play a critical role in improving the accuracy and effectiveness of AI speech recognition and synthesis technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze audio samples and describe them using natural language
- Evaluate aspects such as speaker's gender, age, accent, vocal texture, persona, tone, pitch, speed, and energy
- Provide detailed insights that help refine AI speech models
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a native speaker of one of the following languages: Indonesian, Arabic, French, Thai, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Bengali. You will also need strong English proficiency for accurate speech description and fluency in your native language.
