Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Job Description
As a Call Center Trainer at iQor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills of our call center agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training plans
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with internal Quality Assurance teams to conduct training needs assessments and drive improvements to training curriculum
- Create and maintain training materials, including product knowledge, process awareness, system expertise, and call handling skills
- Identify and implement best practices from other iQor facilities to ensure consistent delivery across the organization
Requirements
- 1 or more years of training experience in a call center environment
- High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate, or equivalent required
