Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of call center representatives.
Job Description
- Hiring, training, and preparing call center representatives to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve productivity and quality.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in call center operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
