About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with our clients based on trust and respect, marketing and developing our product categories to increase sales profitably, improve distribution levels and market shares, in accordance with our business principles and maintaining a balanced credit portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships between Colgate-Palmolive and customers.
  • Implement our commercial strategies, ensuring the accurate execution of our 5Ps.
  • Enforce credit policies defined by Colgate-Palmolive.
  • Achieve sales targets of the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and manage proactive communication with customers, participate in Top to Top meetings, activity grid negotiation, and Joint Business Planning monitoring.
  • Carry out the administrative work of the account, including requests for credit notes, rebates, or support.
  • Trade visits to find opportunities, competitors' activities, and ensure accurate 5Ps execution.
  • Customer Inventory Management, ensuring accurate Days on Hand (DOH) by customer, and on-point-of-sales both regular exhibition and additional off-shelf exhibition.
  • Analyze information generated through statistics to make the right decisions that benefit the company and the customer, such as promotional plans, negotiation, and monitoring of Growth Plans.
  • Programming and offers planning for each customer, Joint Business Plan (JBP) preparation.
  • Lead the execution of 5P strategy implementation within established commercial guidelines.
  • Drive incremental distribution and growth while increasing visibility with scale.
  • Proactively understand customers' needs and recommend solutions to their different requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, and Engineering or related fields.
  • At least +2 years in Commercial Area/Trade Marketing in consumer goods companies.
  • English level (Intermediate+).
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Tools.
