- Manage client registration and pacing.
- Oversee executive agreements.
- Track inventory analysis, prioritizing clients in case of inventory shortages.
- Manage token allocations.
- Review available inventory and prioritize advertiser tokens.
- Keep the client priority database updated.
- Discuss pricing strategies to align with advertisers' objectives while adhering to network rate cards.
- Understand network-supported ad specifications and pricing guidelines.
- Promotion of Network Products and Sponsorships (20%):
- Stay informed about ad sales sponsorship opportunities as they arise.
- Create Brand Partnership & Innovation packages, including strategy, packaging, and pricing.
- Modify presentations to highlight local sponsorship opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Trade Marketing team for monthly newsletters.
- Manage programming grids and new premiere shows.
- Support for the Sales Director (10%):
- Prepare expense reports for the Sales Director and manage travel arrangements.
- Coordinate agendas for meetings with key distribution clients.
- Maintain an updated priority database of distribution clients.
- Prepare presentations in collaboration with Distribution Marketing and Research teams.
- Outgoing, organized, solution-oriented, and a team player with strategic thinking abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple requests and deadlines while remaining flexible and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in English.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Adept at quickly creating Excel-based media plans in various formats.
- Strong understanding of time-sensitive proposal deadlines.
- Good grasp of technologies and technical aspects used in advertising and reporting.
- Familiarity with research tools used by media planners and buyers is advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in agency planning, with a preference for media planning experience.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, accounting, or a related business field is required.
