The Role of a Service Consultant

This entry-level position offers the chance to make a difference through customer interactions, problem-solving, and education on coverage, rates, billing issues, and policy reviews. You'll help identify insurance needs and recommend additional products and coverage, ensuring a supportive and personable experience.

Education and Experience

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
