Are you a native French speaker looking for a role that combines your language skills with your passion for customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same? If so, we'd love to hear from you
As a Customer Experience Manager for our international clients, you'll be the first point of contact for parents and students who need help with our language courses abroad. Your role will involve answering calls, providing support, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be proficient in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be able to work well under pressure, think on your feet, and make sound judgments in complex situations.
