About the Role:
- The Communications Manager owns the delivery of CCA's external and internal communication strategy.
- This position will be responsible for external communication including corporate media relations, internal communication, and employee engagement.
- It ensures that all facets of corporate communication are fully aligned with our strategy.
- The role requires delivering outstanding internal comms on Mosaic platform and increased use of digital tools such as Teams and Yammer.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent writing skills, strong organizational skills, and excellent social skills required.
- Experience in Corporate Digital Communications.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills and experience to interact credibly with senior management, essential team members, and a network of multiple collaborators across CCA.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
