**Your role**:

- Assist internal and external customers by researching part numbers and processing orders
- Clearly communicates with internal and external customers
- Responds positively to situations requiring cooperation, courtesy and tact
- Takes a proactive role in personally owning the customer support experience
- Communicates with customers and other departments to assure commitments are achieved
- Expedites orders as necessary
- Escalates customer satisfaction and part delivery issues appropriately
- Adheres to all documented customer service processes
- Ensures customer orders meet regulatory procedures and guidelines
- Delivers world-class service to our customers.
- Notify customer of situations that could result in a disruption to deliveries and customer service at time of order
- Support the parts mission statement to ensure that the “Right” part is delivered at the “Right” time to the “Right” location
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

**You're the right fit if you**:

- Demonstrate knowledge and skill by successfully completing assignments in a timely manner
- Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities in a fast paced environment
- Have experience with Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar systems)
- Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus
- Internal Customer Satisfaction (Individual)
- Ensures customer orders meet regulatory procedures and guidelines
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
