**Analista de Contabilidad de Costos**

Como Analista de Contabilidad de Costos desempeñarás un rol clave para la contabilidad dentro de la división de LACOE en Panamá Pacifico (Panamá Pacifico, LARDC and CAMCO). En esta posición, podrá preparar investigaciones preliminares, pronósticos y análisis de información financiera mientras trabaja bajo supervisión general y es responsable de elementos específicos en la preparación de estados financieros.

- El trabajo se realiza de forma independiente bajo la supervisión mínima del Contralor de LACOE.
- Las decisiones influyen directamente en el flujo de trabajo de la unidad de trabajo y pueden impactar proyectos y áreas diferenciadas.
- Prepara pronósticos y analiza tendencias en manufactura, ventas, finanzas, condiciones comerciales generales, etc.
- Los contactos principales suelen ser internos y de nível gerencial, profesional, de supervisión o de compañeros de trabajo

**Las principales responsabilidades y actividades**

Las responsabilidades del Analista de Contabilidad de Costos son las siguientes:

- Explicar las variaciones utilizando declaraciones de costos unitarios, análisis de precios, etc. y las comunica a la gerencia de finanzas (POF) y la gerencia de línea.
- Utilizar habilidades analíticas básicas para interpretar información, examinar variables, sacar conclusiones y evaluar métodos alternativos.
- Preparar y analizar información financiera para generar ganancias y pérdidas y otros informes de ser solicitado.
- Garantiza la integridad y exactitud de los datos financieros.
- Participar activamente en programas/iniciativas corporativas relevantes, cumple con los estándares profesionales y de calidad, cumple con las políticas y procedimientos corporativos y actúa de manera consistente con los valores y estándares éticos de 3M.
- Identificación de eficiencias administrativas que conducirán a ahorros en recursos financieros y tiempo.
- Soporte a la auditoría externa y control interno.
- Conocimiento en el manejo de auditoria Aduaneras y entidades Gubernamentales.
- Garantizar que los Estados Financieros preparados por el Share Services (GSC CR), muestren la realidad financiera del negocio.
- Garantizar que el cálculo por la revaluación del costo Estándar es correcto.
- Atender las necesidades de todas las otras áreas en relación al Inventarios.

**Las habilidades y experiência que buscamos**
- Título universitario de licenciatura en contabilidad
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência continua en Contabilidad de Costos para Empresa Manufacturera
- Conocimiento en Excel nível Intermedio.
- Inglés nível intermedio
- Conocimiento práctico de SAP
- Tener conocimiento del ciclo contable completo a nível de Costos.
- Habilidades analíticas para analizar tendencias y datos financieros
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Persona orientada al equipo que puede concentrarse en los detalles
