**Market Knowledge**
- Identify, understand and generate Insight about the market to drive Royal Canin's transformation toward a Health through Nutrition Company
- Supervises consumer studies and analyzes to measure the effectiveness of the actions carried out, guide and recommend future actions for VET/PRO market: (#vets/nurses/breeders, #practices, #prevalence of disease, #medicalization )
- Analyzes the competition and suggest an action plan

**Vet & Pro Community**
- Draws the eco system of the Vet/Pet community, identifies all the stakeholders and understands market dynamics, trends, KOL, Vet University
- Supports strategic partnerships that promote Royal Canin In becoming a Health through nutrition Company.
- Supports strategic partnerships with vet-pharma/medicine companies that materialize into learning events and collaborations specific to the market
- Understands Vet Clinic market dynamics, strategy, engagement.
- Supports strategic partnership with Vet Clinics
- Analyzes Pro market and suggests test & learn and action plan to support Importers

**Sales & Marketing**:

- Actively shares, contributes, and works together with the HUB/SPOT team, to foster collaboration, exploring opportunities, influencing, and supporting the execution InDi strategy
- Support Sales a marketing strategy with HUB/SPOT manager and InDi Pet Professional Director
- Collaborates and supports the adaptation, implementation, and communication of the sales & marketing action plan on the market
- Shares Knowledge and supports the development of sales & marketing capabilities
- Recommends actions in the management of sales activation materials/events for VET/PRO business
- Supports category vision and ensures the Category Growth with our Importer by providing a Category Vision, Insights, and a Picture of Success
- Responsible for Pet Pro InDi budget in the market
- Supports demand priorities, definition, execution & implementation
- Makes sure pet professional strategy is aligned with the PSR to achieve company aligned vision + with the EUKANUBA/ROYAL CANN strategy

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Aligns the plan with Scientific communication, a key enabler of the Pet Professional strategy
- Co-create and generates Insight from importer team through periodical scheduled meetings
- Periodical portfolio review with Marketing, in particular VHN ranges to ensure have available market relevant products
- Works with other InDi Pet Professional Manager to develop a community and share best practices
- Collaborates with InDi Pet Professional director to align on priorities and market requirements

**Education & Professional Qualifications**
- Degree level business qualification
- Fluent In Spanish
- Fluent in English
- Veterinary Qualification is an advantage.
- Must be able to demonstrate a high competency of commercial acumen

**Knowledge / Experience**
- Vet/Sales/Marketing background with knowledge of the veterinary industry
- Varied knowledge of roles with at least 5 years' experience
- Background within FMCG is a plus.
- Experience in navigating complex environment, quickly adapt to changing and challenging situations
