**The position**
As a Training Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will coordinate people development activities, including coaching, training, and on-field development, to enhance the capabilities of our commercial teams.**Responsibilities**
- Support the implementation of learning and development programs to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure proper documentation of all training and development activities in alignment with the best industry standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in people development to drive innovation and excellence.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in coordinating people development activities, preferably in a commercial or sales environment.
- Strong understanding of coaching, training, and development methodologies.
- Experience facilitating and creating training content and workshops.
- Advanced level of spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
