**Propósito del Puesto**

Responsable de liderar y coordinar equipo de Especialistas en Operaciones Contables garantizando la preparación, análisis y presentación de registros financieros que se mantienen de acuerdo con los principios de contabilidad generalmente aceptados y la política de la compañía, así como mantener los sistemas y procedimientos financieros que satisfacen los requisitos de control e informes internos y externos.

- Asegurar que se realicen las conciliaciones de las cuentas mensualmente y seguimientos de open ítems.
- Asegurar que se completen las actividades de cierre mensual y reporting a tiempo y con precisión haciendo seguimiento a los cronogramas, implementando health checks y organizando meetings de mejora continua con issues detectados.
- Proveer estados financieros íntegros y anticipar cualquier issue que pueda afectar la solidez de los estados financieros, organizando y participando en reuniones mensuales de revisión del Balance para identificar cambios inusuales y posibles riesgos. Consolidando los planes de acción para revisión con Accounting Manager.
- Asegurar que todas las operaciones financieras, cuentas y estados financieros se realicen cumpliendo las normas contables y políticas y procedimientos de la compañía, participando en la implementación de nuevas políticas y procesos de R2R y coordinando la capacitación a la Región.
- Asistir en recopilar la información requerida por auditorías financieras y fiscales externas asegurando que la información se entregue a tiempo cumpliendo fechas calendario para esta actividad.
- Asegurar que los servicios de NBS se cumplan a tiempo y con calidad de servicio, liderando acciones MOR, QOR con equipo AO Regional, dando visibilidad de la calidad de servicio de NBS.
- Asegurar que se cumplan los procesos de control interno y tener la información requerida para auditorias de control interno y auditorias del grupo liderando análisis de KRI y asegurando control en cada proceso contable.
- Asegurar que las actividades de su área de competencia se lleven a cabo respetando lo establecido en los sistemas de calidad, seguridad y salud ocupacional & Medio Ambiente.
- Cumplir con el Código Internacional de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) sobre la Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna, las Instrucciones Nestlé y la Política de Nestlé sobre la Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna, cualquier enmienda y regulación gubernamental relevante en cada una de las actividades inherentes a las funciones de este puesto.

**Qué te hará exitoso(a) en la posición**:

- Graduado(a) Lic. en Finanzas, contabilidad o administración de empresas.
- 5 años de experiência en Contabilidad o Auditoría Externa.
- Fuertes conocimientos de Normas Contables (NAS, IFRS)
- Preferible más de 3 años de Experiência trabajando en equipos / Liderando equipos Conocimiento de los principios de Contabilidad (NAS), Guidelines Reporting (NIBS), IFRS Conocimiento de los E2E financieros (S2P, Tesorería, R2R, O2C)
- Conocimiento de la estructura funcional de la empresa de la Región Centroamérica y Share Services Center.
- Manejo de programas SAP, Excel avanzado.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
