**Your Opportunity**

You will be the S&OP champion in the region, integrating the LAC S&OP information among local, regional and global levels. You will develop and improve the process, implement and influence best practices for forecasting and trade inventory management and integration.

**Responsibilities**:
**With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to**:

- Responsible for developing Demand and Supply Strategy along with an optimized inventory strategy for Latin America.
- Responsible to support and inspire Primos to drive an aligned, systematic and dynamic S&OP process
- Ensure the integration of S&OP between global functions and local clusters/countries in the LAC region; and locally to develop more connection between departments i.e. “IBP” or (Integrated Business Planning)
- Through the S&OP process, develop, implement and influence best practices in the disciplines of forecasting and inventory management.
- You are responsible for the S&OP Process, New Product Introduction, Portfolio Optimization and special projects
- Ensure plants get full demand visibility, sales forecast accuracy is improved and that a robust alert process is in place and maintain.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across supply chain, sales, operations, marketing and finance to achieve our sales and service objectives for the region
- Key Metrics of the role would include Product Availability, Forecast Accuracy, DIOH, Working Capital/NSV, Innovation On Time, NSV per IPC and Product Write-Off
- Support and mentor the LAC S&OP teams to ensure capabilities, process and tools improvement
