Work with the Product team to ensure our products are seamlessly deployed in key markets and customers as well as key verticals are properly supported. Shared ownership with the Product and Commercial team of the overall Product and P&L KPIs for IoT and Private networks working hand in hand with Commercial and Product teams to maximize the value of our productsKey Accountabilities: Work with the LLA OpCo’s Commercial teams to support sales, value propositions, business planning exercises, scenario planning, and business case definition as well as drive Product adoption and performance in Value proposition across LLA.Define IoT and Private Network Strategy across LLA and ensure alignment across Commercial, Technology, Operations, Partners, and Support. Drive IoT and Private Network sales and revenues by partnering with OpCo Sales and Value Proposition teamsUnderstand competitive landscape and market dynamics to ensure LLA stays ahead of competition and becomes the leader in IoT and Private Networks.Identify key partners and work with Product team on partner enablementSupport the build out of our IoT Centre of ExcellenceEnsure we build partnerships that go beyond technology and include support and sales enagementsBuild and maintain the IOT and Private Network strategy, including delivering the Long Range Plan, Sales forecasts in partnership with Sales teams, Costs in partnership with our partner ecosystem, Product team, Supply chain and Procurement.Overall responsibility for IoT vertical priority and strategy. Support the Product team to enable key products and partners to deliver IoT and Private Network strategy.

Knowledge & Experience: Strong industry experience with a background in product management/developmentStrong sales and business development experienceSubject Matter expert in IoT and Private Networks with prior lifecycle experience from opportunity to customer execution Strong understanding of IoT & Private Network market and expertise with Large Enterprise & Governments segmentsDeep understanding of IoT verticals especially applied to Latin America.Deep understanding of IoT & Private Network partners, vendors and overall ecosystemDeep understanding of IoT & Private Network economics, from costs to pricing.Strong mix of Commercial and Technical knowledge, with a keen ability to build both internal and external partnershipsStrong analytical skillsComfort working in a distributed matrix and across diverse geographies and marketsExperience working in a cross functional and distributed environmentPrior people management experience a mustSkills & Abilities: Strong planning, reporting, written and verbal communication skillsExperience in customer insights and researchStrong strategy planning, financial acumen, business development skillsAbility to drive improvement programs across diverse and complex environments.Strong record of people management (direct or indirect) including communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsProven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach. Demonstrate strong influencing and persuading skills, encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice.Timeliness in all actions with quality consciousness towards services received and provided.Preferred education/qualifications: Bachelor level, Technology or Business degree requiredMaster’s degree in Business Management is preferred. Strong experience leading and IoT and Private network organization is highly desirableMinimum fifteen (15) years of work-related experience is highly preferred.Telecom or High-Tech Experience especially in IoT segment preferredFluency in English required.
