The position
As Frontline Capabilities Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Define, design, and execute a robust Affiliate Capability Plan that aligns with Novo Nordisk’s strategy, emphasizing both technical and behavioral skills enhancement across the organization.
  • Generate capabilities for the future by identifying emerging trends and technologies that can be integrated into our strategic training initiatives to keep our workforce ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Lead the coordination of significant training events, ensuring the delivery of transformative learning experiences to targeted audiences.
  • Manage the entire Frontline training from onboarding to continued coaching, guaranteeing full compliance with Novo Nordisk’s execution standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Build and enhance methods for evaluating and tracking employee competencies, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and professional development targets.; Implement sustainable practices and mechanisms that encourage continuous learning and reinforcement of core capabilities, improving on-the-job performance.

 

Qualifications
To be our new Frontline Capabilities Manager, we are looking for a candidate with:

  • English and Spanish proficiency 
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or related fields (including commercial).
  • Outstanding skills in instructional design and training facilitation.; Ability to implement performance evaluations and competency development effectively.
  • Proven experience in project and change management.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and vendor management.
  • Experience implementing Agile methodology and early technology adoption for organizational learning programs.
