Engage in conversations with decision-makers and influencers to understand their requirements and educate them about our product or service offerings.

Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and opportunities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales process and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales development or lead generation in a B2B environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and research skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of sales best practices and a willingness to learn and improve. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
